By settling the payment, the client agrees to the company’s terms and conditions.

• BOOK & BUY! Upon acknowledgement of deposit receipt, booking is considered confirmed and final. Cancellation can no longer be processed.
• The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refund for any unused tours, transportations, hotels and flights. * Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics) or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
• In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
• Present VALID ID ONLY upon check-in.
• Rebooking might be considered once the passenger’s result is POSITIVE of Covid-19 but still under airline and hotel discretions.
• Payment and Refunds Down payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once paid, it cannot be returned, credited, or applied to another booking or individual.
  
  Payment for travel packages must be settled as per the indicated schedule. Failure to pay within the deadline may result in automatic cancellation.
  
  Payments are generally non-refundable except in cases where the package is cancelled by the company, subject to applicable fees and deductions.
  
  Changes in booking after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• For the Pax who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is non-refundable.
• If the VISA APPLICATION IS DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED, change pax is allowed if not yet ticketed.
• Airline ticket will be issued three (3) days before the departure.
• If the client doesn’t have a visa result yet one (1) month before the departure, it will be cancelled, and it is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
• If the accompanying single joiner is visa denied, it is necessary to pay the single supplement from the other solo joiner.
• Remaining balance must be paid. If the passengers fail to pay the remaining balance, the slots will be released. 70% - 60 days before the departure date. 100% - 50 days before the departure date.
